YPF SA

Over the past year the SA YPF Committee has organised two very successful social drinks evenings, at which pipeliners of all ages mingled over a beer and party pies. The second event was also attended by a group of young people in their first job after uni. After a slow start they overcame their shyness and mixed with the other younger members. It was a great opportunity to demonstrate the friendliness of the pipeline industry. As well as drinks evenings, the Committee meets on a quarterly basis to discuss issues facing the younger generation, development opportunities and ideas for future YPF initiatives.
